Chelsea Interested In Khedira
Sami Khedira has one year remaining in his contract with Real Madrid and Carlo Ancelotti is believed to not include the German midfielder in his plans for the upcoming season, as the club has replacements available in the club. This has attracted the attention of Chelsea who is one of the latest clubs on displaying interest in the 27 year old defensive midfielder.
Carlo Ancelotti is already working hard trying to sign Toni Kroos with a price tag of €25 million and the Spanish club is also setting their eyes on Luis Gustavo from Wolfsburg who plays in the same position as Khedira.
Louis van Gaal is also considering on signing Sami Khedira as he can pair up with some of Manchester United’s latest signings such as Ander Herrera and Luke Shaw. The Dutch manager is prepared on spending big bucks in order to improve his squad for the next season as supporters of the club at Old Trafford want to avoid going through another disastrous campaign and signing an experienced player such as Sami Khedira can help the club on avoiding that.
Even though Sami Khedira is mostly just playing a substitute role in the 2014 World Cup, he still remains being a player that is only focusing on representing his nation at the international stage and he is not focusing or even thinking about what will happen with his club once the worldwide event concludes.
Once the World Cup finishes, it will be relatively easier for the German midfielder to decide on his future with Real Madrid or any other club that is willing to pay around €20-€40 million and sign him.
